Hello, I’m Samantha Phaturos, and I’ve been working in sales and event coordination for over three years. During this time, I’ve had the pleasure of planning a wide range of events, from birthday parties and bridal showers to corporate events and weddings. Each event holds its own unique charm, and I love being a part of making those special moments come to life.

Basic Package
The foundation of your celebration. Includes 8 hours of on-site coordination, vendor communication, and seamless execution for your wedding day.
Premium Package
An elevated coordination experience for couples who want the additional support. Includes all Basic Package services plus an additional 2-hour on-site coordination, detailed timeline planning, setup oversight, and attentive day-of management so you can be fully present for every moment.
Partial Planning
For couples who have started planning but want an experienced hand to help bring everything together. Includes all Premium Package services, plus four one-hour planning meetings, vendor communication assistance, a venue walkthrough, floor plan creation, guest seating guidance, and design and décor support, all while keeping your vision at the heart of every decision.
